Is one of the largest and most diverse school districts in Ontario, with 1,213,841 residents, over 2,670 square kilometers. As of September 2012, the board operates 146 Catholic schools (120 elementary and 26 secondary) throughout Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon and Orangeville, with a student enrolment of approximately 85,278 (50,845 elementary and 34,433 secondary students). In addition, over 46,000 students enrol in the boards Adult and Continuing Education Programs each year.
