Built in 2009, The Pavilion is located in the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Kiama – an easy 1.5 hour drive from Sydney and 3 hours from Canberra. The venue sits on a headland alongside the picturesque showground and overlooks Kiama’s popular Surf Beach, framed by the town’s iconic Norfolk Pines. Gold Award Winner in the Meetings, Functions and Business Tourism category at the South Coast Tourism Awards.

WATER VIEWS AND NATURAL LIGHT : We love our Norfolk pine trees so much that we named our main space (seating up to 400) after them. The Norfolk Room occupies much of the top level of The Pavilion and boasts extensive water views and an elevated outdoor balcony. Downstairs you’ll discover smaller meeting rooms and break-out spaces – all air-conditioned and filled with natural light.

In addition, The Pavilion’s clever versatile design allows us to customise your floorplan (including the Norfolk Room) to ensure your space is never too big or too small.

ENVIRONMENTALLY SPEAKING : The Pavilion is the first commercial space in the Kiama Local Government Area to implement the ‘OK Organics Kiama’ waste collection service, this initiative is proving hugely successful with a recent comparison audit showing a resource recovery rate of 95.72%. The Pavilion is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and emissions associated with event management and is striving to meet the LGNSW’s guidelines for event sustainability. The Pavilion is also working with local business Green Caffeen on reducing the amount of coffee cups where possible.
