Since 1960’s Supack Group is active in providing high quality packaging solutions to varied industries. In 1989 Supack Industries Pvt. Ltd. set up a state-of-art & fully automated manufacturing facility in Rajkot, Gujarat, that enhanced its pursuit of producing high quality corrugated packaging along with augmented capacities.

Packaging is a significant component to ensure an error-free delivery to end user and to prevent damages during the strenuous logistical process. Over the years, Supack has provided solutions to meet the growing demands of varied industries – from textile to white goods, Dairy to Petro-Chemicals, FMCG to Engineering, Automobiles to Electronics, Health care to Chemicals and beyond – and constantly equipped itself with latest technological advancements. The company’s entire output is currently manufactured in the ultra-modern infrastructure spread over 125,000 sq.ft. that includes plant & machinery, Quality control laboratory, well-equipped storage and dispatch as well as R & D department.

The Plant is set up with facilities of 2 Fully Automatic Corrugated Board Production Lines, 3/4/5 Colour Printer, Slotter, Die cutter, Auto Gluing / Stitching Machines, Die Punching Machines, Box Folder Gluer Machines, Paper Coating Machine as well as a Fully Equipped Laboratory – all of which adds to Supack’s strength to provide complete solution to its clients without any external dependence.

Supack has earned for itself a high reputation known for its quality, timeliness and assured logistical support. Today, the group is converting approx. 30000 tones of paper in to Corrugated Boxes annually and supplying to some of the top national and multi-national corporations. The group continues to take strides and expand its horizons to newer cities and regions.

Jumbo Box

Corrugated Box can be designed to carry weight up to 1000 kgs or more in one box. This box are normally used with pallets on bottom. Jumbo Boxes are used in Exports to save on Packing & Freight cost.

Regular Slotted Box (RSC)

RSC boxes are a highly efficient design for many applications. There is very little manufacturing waste. The RSC can be used for most products and is the most common box style and it can be printed. All flaps have same length and 2 outer flaps are one half of the container width meeting at the centre of the box when fold.

Boxes with Tear Tape

Tear tape is usually attached to the inner surface of corrugated box. Tear tape serves as an easy opening device for the consumer, where it obviates the need for opening tools such as scissors or knives, or the use of excessive force. Tear tape provides a guide on the tear area, thereby allowing more precise opening which reduces product spillage.

Multi Colour Printed Boxes

Multi colour printed boxes are becoming more integral to modern shipping, branding and customer engagement efforts. Boxes bearing your company name, logo, graphics etc, helps effectively and consistently communicate your brand.

Display Boxes

POP (Point of Purchase) this kind of packaging is used to directly place the products in packed form on the display at the sales point.

Die cut Boxes and fitments

These boxes are specially designed to adopt to the product which need special care during transport or display or for the convenience of use.

Coated Box

These chemical emulsions, when coated on paper and paperboard, offer different functional properties, making the coated surface water proof, grease proof, scratch resistance, antistatic ect., as desired.

UN Certified Boxes

We can supply you boxes which are UN certified as suitable for packing hazardous materials or dangerous goods, as an alternative to drums. These boxes are much more heavy-duty than a standard corrugated box and have had to pass the test from the approved laboratory, to achieve the UN certification. A major benefit is that they can be delivered flat-packed, so delivery costs are lot less and you can order in bulk and store them more easily.
