In Rajdeep each Principal is treated as a separate business vertical with and independent team of sales / service / application engineers with a Team Leader to take decisions on behalf of that vertical.

Training is having special emphasis in Rajdeep. Each and every setup we have ensured to have training centres to regularly conduct technical / non technical / skill development programs. No of trainings attended by each person is recorded and plays an important role in the growth of an individual. Rajdeep has technologically advanced robust infrastructure that uses SAP software for its operations. For Sales team, the information is accessible via web which makes them efficient on the field.

Rajdeep has 3 big well organised warehouses maintaining ample inventory& replenish the stock of the fast moving items in each of the individual branches. This ensures fast delivery to the customer. Rajdeep has a sound HR policy for its team and has taken care of basic needs like Medical Insurance (ESI),Accident Insurance, PF and Gratuity.
