Was established in the year 1994 as cotton yarn manufacturing unit and later widened its areas across the textile value chain. It now has a Cotton Spinning, Ginning and Weaving facilities and also incorporated a 100% subsidiary company Pring Fashions Ltd which is marketing fabrics and garments.
