Central Vermont Gymnastics Academy

We encourage our students to learn gymnastics safely, while increasing self-confidence, body awareness, coordination, and skill. Children of all ages will build strength, increase flexibility, agility, balance and mental focus, while also learning how to incorporate overall fitness into a healthy lifestyle for years to come. We want to appropriately challenge each student and help them meet personal goals, while maintaining a happy and healthy environment for all.

Central Vermont Gymnastics Academy is a 10,000-square-foot, fully air-conditioned facility is located in downtown Waterbury just minutes from I-89 and on the bus line for Brookside Primary, Moretown Elementary, Crossett Brook Middle, and School and Harwood Union High School.

Our gym has programs for all ages and skill levels of men’s and Women’s gymnastics from 16 months to college. Our gym is fully equipped for fun and safe movement exploration with an Olympic spring floor, five Olympic balance beams, two Olympic uneven bars, a pit training bar, 40 ft and 10 ft Tumble Traks, a foam pit, an in-ground trampoline, and more!
