B.D.Kale Mahavidhyalaya, Ghodegoan

Ambegaon Taluka vidya Vikas MandaI established B. D. Kale Mahavidyalaya at Ghodegaon in 1989 , affiliating to University of Pune. After taking into account the needs of commerce education, firstly, we started commerce faculty. In 1991, Arts faculty was started to meet the needs of the parents and students. Students had to go to the places like Manchar ,Pune etc. for their further education. After realizing it, PG courses like M.A. (Marathi) and M.Com were begun in 2004. To cater to the diverse needs of learners, the college catered B.C.A. &B.Sc

We had 62 students in the beginning of the college but now it has become a home fort 1356 students and that’s our development. Our college has been providing higher education to the students belonging to rural and tribal area. Presently, our college is having a good infrastructure, such as main building, library building, BCA department building, boys’ hostel, and guest house, canting building, surrounded by lush greenery. Our college has reached to all the classes of the society by organizing co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
