Aimtron’s India-based manufacturing facility is located in the city of Vadodara, Gujarat. We have partnerships with PCB suppliers globally. We understand the importance of global sourcing options and offer these services at our Client’s request. Strategic infrastructure has been established for full design and research projects. Headquartered in Palatine, Illinois, our American manufacturing plant offers expert services for PCB assembly, particularly with assemblies requiring quick turn prototyping, BGA Expertise and high volume PCB Assembly. Aimtron features its global HQ and flagship manufacturing facility in the United States. All the processes used by Aimtron are perfected in the USA before they are implemented in India, ensuring American quality for the India market.

Design Service : The Advantage of Aimtron’s recently upgrated design infrastructure.Whether it’s a design from concept or redesign of an existing product to save cost, Aimtron design studio will tailor a solution to fit your needs. Having both the design and manufacturing under one roof gives Aimtron the opportunity to collaborate with both sides and find the design that will cost you the least.

Engineering service : Our Engineering service team provides value added service for DFM and DFT along with component engineering. Procedure and checklist driven front-end engineering insures all customer requirement are satisfied. We have created the Aimnet, a paperless, web based system to provide real time work instructions throughout the facility. ECOs are implemented instantaneously thanks to the Aimnet.

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) : Our proven process offers our customers a seamless time-to-market, giving them the confidence to deliver from product inception. Utilizing the latest technology, we produce the very best products with ease and reliability. Our operation features Automated 3D Solder Paste Inspection, High Speed Dual Gantry Pick and Place, RoHS approved Reflow Ovens, State-of-the-Art AOI, and in-house X-Ray capabilities.

ThruHole : Aimtron offers Thru-Hole service for both lead-free and leaded assemblies. Our selective soldering station provides robotic soldering for the highest level of reliability in a fast paced manufacturing environment. We support RoHS II & REACH processes for both selective and wave solder.

Testing Service : Have confidence that your products can ship direct to end users. Aimtron offers robust testing service through multiple platforms to ensure reliable products. We offer a variety of test solutions to provide the most flexible, fullest test coverage possible. In order to ensure the highest quality, we test 100% of the boards on jobs that are tested.

High Value Mechanical Assembly : Dedicated LEAN cells are developed to focus on customer specific needs unique in design, form factor and packaging.
