Was incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the year 1954 as a group company of M/s. The Andhra Sugars Ltd., Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh under the aegis of renowned industrial personality Late Sri Mullapudi Harischandra Prasad. It produces 100% combed cotton and blended yarn.
