Sical Logistics Ltd, founded in the year 1955, is a leading integrated logistics service provider in the country. This company has been taken over by Delhi based Pristine Malwa Logistics Park Pvt Ltd in the year 2023. Major activities include mining work in the states of Madya Pradesh for Northern Coalfields Ltd and Odisha for Mahanadhi Coalfields Ltd. Sical owns and operates a Cutter Suction Dredger which is presently in the east coast of India and dredging operation is being carried out at Ramayapatnam port. Sical has successfully completed the contract of dredging work for constructing ONGC pipeline at Yanam, Pondichery, in the year 2022. Sical has also expanded and developed other business segments viz., Container Freight Station, warehousing, and 3 PL Logistics.
