SEED Development + Design

At SEED, we stand by 4 core foundational pillars that identify our values as people and as a company. These pillars are what we believe in and how we do things! They define our character, personality and way of life. ​​ SEED was created in 2019 by two best friends who have always had a passion and drive to make life better for others. Preston and Eric began their friendship over 25 years ago. They both always had that forward momentum, to create something new and exciting.

Throughout their young life, they dreamed of working together to build and create a better tomorrow, a better future. Over the years they both continued to grow and learn more about their passions for customer relations and home improvement / design. They continued to build on that inseparable bond, even while living half a country away from each other. Finally after years of talking and planning the realization of a dream came true, welcome to SEED.
