Hawaiian Island Twisters (HITS), a qualified 501c(3) non-for-profit organization, was established in 1996. Today, the facility is home to one of the most competitive gymnastics programs in the state of Hawaii. We welcome you to explore the sport of gymnastics and to become a member of our HITS ohana.
At HITS, we are dedicated to creating an energetic and fun environment while maintaining our focus of proper technique in all of our classes. We strive to ensure each and every student has a safe and positive gymnastics experience. We accomplish this through our versatile coaching staff, continuously improving facility, and our structured and dynamic recreational and team programs.
