Job Description

If you are a UX/UI Designer who can ideate, design, and support the implementation of compelling digital experiences, you are ideal for this role. It involves delivering design solutions for websites, mobile apps, printing media and other digital or multimedia installations. You should be detail oriented, obsessed with perfecting processes and results, work quickly and with quality, and be able to articulately present design work both internally and externally to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Ideate design concepts, experiences, and solutions for websites, mobile apps, and printing other digital or multimedia solutions.
  • Be involved by understanding and participating in the translation of business, technical, and functional requirements into user experiences and well-considered UI design.
  • Present design concepts internally and articulate ideas on how designs can be improved.
  • Meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Address underlying strategic and design problems directly and question any assumptions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant, interactive experience
  • A portfolio of proven high-quality UX and UI work; Experience of Video graphics is needed</li
  • In-depth knowledge of user interface design processes and methodologies
  • Formal design education or equivalent training
  • Certifications on design thinking methods or customer journey creation
  • High level of proficiency with Sketching, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Deep understanding of UX and UI design practices and methodologies, responsive design and mobile optimization, and strong visual design expertise
  • Knowledge of front-end programming (HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, Javascript and SVG animations), current web technologies, and user testing techniques and methodologies
  • Experience leading the design direction of an application or website
  • Awareness of the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of Video and Sound Editing
  • Collaboration skills; able to listen well, annotate feedback, and accept input from team members and managers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Open to learn new methods, processes and apply them continuously to create results.
