Our Story

Steven Sr.Steve comes by his knack and skill for contracting naturally. His dad, Steven, Sr. had a long and successful career as a general contractor and developer in CA. After returning from Viet Nam where he served in the Sea Bees (Navy Construction Battalion) he literally built millions of square feet of commercial and industrial buildings in Sacramento, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and the Silicone Valley. Some of his larger projects included buildings for Silicone Graphics, Apple, Sun Micro, the Good Guys, Fry’s Electronics, the Travelers Hotel, and Hill Brothers Chemicals to name a few. Steve Jr has been around construction his entire life, and was working with subcontractors while still in his teens. By his early 20’s he was supervising commercial jobs, and at age 21 earned his own general contractors license. Construction has been a passion and a way of life for the Brown family for years. They consult with one another, combining many years of experience and expertise, along with new technology and Steve Jr’s additional electrical certifications to serve repeat customers over the decades.
