Dr. Jyothirmayi, like most kids in school, always aspired to become a doctor. With age, her desire to become a doctor turned into a passion. She pursued her MBBS from Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai. During the course, she developed an inclination towards Pediatrics and later she went on to pursue MD Pediatrics from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College , Belgaum.

After the completion of her studies, she gained practical exposure in the field of pediatrics by working for a short while at MS Ramaiah Medical college Bangalore. She also worked as a Senior Resident at Belgaum.

Dr. Jyothirmayi is not only a highly skilled doctor but also a staunch believer in continuous learning. As such, she attends numerous pediatric conferences and seminars every year.

She was one of the presenters at a national conference called “Pedicon” and her work was deemed so exemplary, it was published in an international journal. She has always been passionate about creating an empowered circuit of parents who are educated about the common illnesses faced by children and the simple measures they need to take at home before they bring their child to a clinic or hospital. Realizing the need to create awareness about the same, Dr. Jyothirmayi plans to conduct various workshops and events to help the parents lead an easier and empowered life.
